Type any of these inside curly braces and SimpleBoards swaps them with real values when it sends the email.

Tag What it becomes
{site_name} The name of your WordPress site.
{title} The title of the rejected item.
{item_link} A link to the item in the WordPress admin.

Default text

If you want to go back to the original template, paste these values in:

Subject

[{site_name}] Item rejected

Body

An item has been rejected.

Item: {title}

Review item: {item_link}

What changed

The next time you reject an idea, the recorded notification uses your subject and message text.

This email is the admin record of a rejection. If you also want to send a separate email to the person who submitted the idea, go to the Notify Submitter section and turn on Idea was not approved.
