Edit the emails sent by workflow rules

This page tells you where to change the subject and body of the emails that workflow rules send when the Notify admins by email box is ticked.

Where to edit them
The Pro workflow email templates live in the same place as the free email templates, on the Notifications tab of the SimpleBoards settings screen. The full walkthrough, including the placeholders you can use (like {item_title} and {board_title}), is on a dedicated how-to page:
That page covers all three Pro workflow emails:
- The email sent when a vote rule promotes an idea to the roadmap.
- The email sent when a status change rule runs.
- The email sent when an overdue deadline rule runs.
The progress-completion rule reuses the status change email, because the rule itself sets a new status.
