SimpleBoards is a WordPress plugin that adds a public roadmap and feedback board to your site. We sell an optional Pro add-on from this website. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean SimpleBoards.
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. We use these only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Payments are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing address, and payment details to process the sale and handle tax. We receive your name, email, and order details so we can create and support your license. We never see or store your full card number.
To deliver updates and verify a Pro license, the plugin sends us your license key, the site addresses where the license is active, and basic technical details such as your WordPress and PHP versions. We use this to confirm the license is valid and to serve the correct update.
Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and troubleshooting. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
We share data only with the services that help us run the business:
Each of these receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We use a small number of cookies. Some are essential for the site and checkout to work. Others, if present, help us measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.
We keep order and license records for as long as your license is active, and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. We keep contact messages until they are no longer useful for support. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.

SimpleBoards is a tool for websites and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
